This ad is from the 1950's for a new Jello flavor,celery. Now I like celery in Jello quite a bit, but a celery flavor? You couldn't use it for desserts, it would be good for salad I guess, but then you really couldn't put celery in it, could you? Jello went to a lot of trouble to make and advertise this flavor but the public did not warm to the flavor and production quickly ceased.
